Production Staff Coordinator

In consultation with Production Management identify the required competencies (& levels) for each function.

Agree with Production Management and the incumbent the requirements to meet the agreed competencies.

Prepare & develop a plan for the incumbent which includes the agreed training.

Make arrangements for personnel to participate in the agreed courses and/or seminars.

Monitor the progress of the incumbents and verify if it is in line with the agreed development plan.

Stay up to date with available courses, seminars and related training institutes in the industry.

Ensure that the quality of the training is at a high level and that the training meets the companies requirements (content, certification etc).

Keep the database up to date with the development plans of the Offshore Production employees.

Advise Production Management on staffing issues, such as transfers, promotions, development etc.

Organize seminars at regular intervals to educate the offshore employees on company development programmes etc. (such as the Roy Rhodes sessions).

Liaise with the HR Department on company vision related to the development of personnel.

Assist Production Management during the yearly performance evaluation sessions.

Involvement in the selection and organization of interviews for new offshore Production employees
